| If your Electronic control pad no longer displays the icons in the display and will not allow you to control the lights, fan and ozone etc, but does have a red power light, then there is a fault with your control pad and it will need replacing.If your Shower is still under warranty , this replacement part will be free, alternatively, you will need to purchase the replacement pad.To arrange a replacement, either under Warranty or not, please call Customer Services on:If your control pad does not display any icons, cannot control the lights, etc and has NO red power light, then firstly check there is power to your shower and that all connections have been made correctly. No Fuction control, No Display, No Power light:
Check the shower has power.
Check all connections have been made
Check there is no moisture in the connections
Check any fuses.
Seek replacement part.
No Functions work, No Display, Red Power light lit:
