On some models of steam shower there are LED lights fitted into the outer frame.

The lights have a wire coming from each outer vertical frame section. This wire passes out of the top, under the plastic end cap but over the horizontal curved frame section. The wire then passes over the roof.

Both wires then join together on the roof to the wire marked for BACK LIGHTS.
