If your hand shower keeps drooping whilst in the Holster of the riser bar, then you may need to tighten up the screw inside the Holster.

Simply remove the hand shower from the holster and look inside the holster. There you will see a cross headed screw visable. Tighten up this screw and re-test with the Hand Shower.

WARNING: Do NOT over tighten the screw.
