My shower outputs keep letting water come one even when turned off.

If you find that some water is still coming out of the shower outlets (monsoon, hand shower, Body Jets and foot massager) even when the water is turned off at the valve (middle dial).

First we must determine if the amount of water is as much as the valve not being closed.

Q: Is water coming out like the valve is not closed?

A: Check the water valve is in the closed position. If the water continues at the same rate or a constant but lower rate as if the valve was open, even when turned off, then the valve shut off has failed and a new valve is required.

Q: Is a small amount of water coming out that stops after a minute or so?

A: This may indicate that the valve shut off is wearing out or it might be that water in the pipework FROM the valve is just escaping. (check the hand shower hose and foot massager hoses both internally and at the back of the shower to determine if water held in the pipes is the cause.

Q: Water comes from the outlets randomly. It can be at anytime, even several hours after the shower was last used

A: Changes is room temperature (caused by central heating coming on/off or getting colder during the night, warmer in the day) can affect residue water in the pipes or shower head, leading to a small amount of water seeping.

Q: Is water coming from any/all outlets when they are the selected device?

A: If water leaks from ANY output, regardless of what is selected and this continues either for some time and or at some rate, then the valve shut off may be leaving. A new valve will be required.

Q: Is it just the Monsoon head that appears to leak?

A: The monsoon has a large dish shaped head, as such by design it will hold water that will find a its way out under gravity at some point, even when the water is turned off. Water dripping from the monsoon is natural. Ensure the head is clean and free to let water run through as much as is possible - clogged nozzles will prevent water escaping freely.
