The Torino is a Steam Shower cabin, offering monsoon rain shower, hand shower, body jets and of course steam generator. The Torino is quite simple a stunning shower, taking the lead from Italian styling; simple crisp lines, quality parts and the best materials available. The glass is made from 8mm toughened glass whilst the base is made from high quality reinforced Acrylic with a thickness of 6mm offering a high level of scratch and stain resistance and well as the stability and rigidity you would expect. Inside the shower is the electronic control pad, which gives you control of the steam time and temperature, lights, extractor fan and the built in FM Radio - the shower also offers connectivity for an external MP3 player.

Large steam rooms allow the occupant to sit or stand at a comfortable distance from the steam outlet whilst enjoying the steam facilities. In order to offer the same steam facilities but within a smaller shower cabin footprint the location of the steam outlet pod may be close to the occupant. Care must be taken when using the steam function to avoid scalding. Children should NOT use the steam within the product unless under strict adult supervision.

Your Delivery:
Your order will be supplied on a Pallet and arrive on a Tail-lift lorry. The delivery will be taken to your door or as close as is possible within access restrictions (narrow gates etc). You are required to inform us of any access restrictions that may affect deliveries to your delivery location, which would require a smaller delivery vehicle. You are asked to check the goods upon arrival and inform us of any damage within 24 hours.

Installation Notes:
Electrical: This steam shower cabin requires 1 x 13amp electrical supply. It comes with a plug and RCD fitted, however we recommend you remove the plug and have the cabin installed to a fused spur. If you have an RCD fitted within your mains board you may also remove the RCD fitted to the unit.
Water: The cabin requires 1 x hot and 1 x cold water supply. The household water pipes should be fed to a point approximately 1 metre off the floor in the corner where the cabin is to be fitted. Balanced water pressure is required, between 1-3 bar. If using a gravity fed system we recommend you use a pump, to provide the required water pressures. Bathtek do not supply pumps. The Torino corner fitting shower, the sides of the shower that are made up of the walls of the room do not have glass as so should be fully waterproofed tiled to the floor. The Torino single wall model connects to the fabric of the property on one wall, the wall should have an appropriate wall covering, but is protected by glass of the shower from becoming water during use. The couplings on the cabin to connect to your water supply are standard 15mm compression fittings.
Some of our products arrive in large boxes, please ensure that you have enough room to manoeuvre the boxes and their contents to the installation location. Please also consider the space required to construct the shower cabin needs to be sufficient to enable you to move around the whole unit during its assembly, before sliding into position.
