How to Apply

You can apply for credit in several different ways:

From our website find the item you wish to purchase. If the item can be purchased on finance it will have the option available just under the price. Simply confirm the model you require, choose your preferred payment term (6, 12 or 18 months etc.) and then enter the deposit amount you wish to pay. A minimum of 10% of the cost of the item is required (maximum 50%). Next select the 'Apply Now!' button.
You will then be taken to a secure application page, where you will need to enter some information for the purposes of Finance approval. Once completed a decision will be given in seconds.
Once approval has been given, you will then need to complete the process to take a card payment for the deposit.
With the deposit taken and the Finance section complete you will be taken to a page to confirm that the transaction has been completed.
Will receive notification very soon after you have completed the transaction from the Finance system and then be in-touch with you to arrange delivery.

To apply for finance you must meet the following criteria:
• You must be over 18 years of age.
• You must be a UK resident with at least 3 years continual address history.
• You must be in full time employment, unless retired or a house person with a spouse in full
time employment.
• You must have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits.
• The goods must be delivered to your home address.

Finance FAQs

How much can I borrow?
When checking out, just fill out our easy online application form and you can be approved for up to
£5,000 to use for the equipment you wish to purchase. Use our calculator to determine how much you
can spend based on your monthly payments. The minimum order is £300.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 10% deposit is payable by credit or debit card upon acceptance.

How are my monthly payments paid?
All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first
payment will be due one month after the date of the finance agreement and subsequent monthly
payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

What type of equipment can I purchase?
Any of our products, extended warranty (excludes installation). However, please remember that
the minimum order is £300.

What length of repayment is available?
Models in the Pure Range can be purchased over 12, 24 or 36 months. Models from the Platinum Range are available over 12, 18 or 24 month repayment terms only. All other purchases up to a total of £3000 are available on fiance over 12 or 24 months. Fiance taken out for a spend of over £3000 are additionaly available for 36 month terms.

Can I pay my agreement off early?
You can settle your loan agreement at any time. Simply write to Ikano Retail Finance and they will
calculate and send you, your settlement figure. Your settlement figure and date are calculated in line
with the Consumer Credit Act.

The Free Gift offered with Platinum Range Steam showers cannot be exchanged for other items or monetary discounts and is only available with Finance Options once accepted.

Finance cannot be offered with any discounts otherwise offered by the company.
